Screening time/date for Woodstock announced

Chasin’ Gus’ Ghost will be making its official World Premiere at the Woodstock Film Festival on Saturday, October 13th at 10pm. The film plays at the Bearsville Theater. Tickets go on sale September 19th at midnight. Click the link below for ticket sales and information.

We’d like to thank everyone who came out for the screening of “Chasin’ Gus’ Ghost” and the Jug Band Extravaganza last weekend in San Francisco. Both shows of the film got a great reaction and the concert was a blast for everyone involved. San Francisco Declares August 25-26 Jug Band Weekend

Mayor Gavin Newsom officially proclaimed August 25-26, 2007 as San
Francisco Jug Band Weekend in celebration of the Greater Bay Area’s rich musical heritage and its contribution to the musical fabric of California and the United States, with a special emphasis on rock and American roots music. This is the same weekend that “Chasin’ Gus’ Ghost” will be screening and the stars of the film play the Jug Band Concert Extravaganza in the city. CGG playing at the 2007 Woodstock Film Festival

We’re very proud to announce that “Chasin’ Gus’ Ghost” has been officially selected by the Woodstock Film Festival to play as part of its Focus on Music and Documentary Feature programs. This will be the official World Premiere of “Chasin’ Gus’ Ghost”, and we’re incredibly happy to be able to do it in Woodstock. The festival takes place October 10 - 14 in Woodstock and surrounding areas. Stay tuned for screening dates, times and locations.

Please join us for a special concert at the Great American Music Hall featuring John Sebastian, Jim Kweskin, Geoff Muldaur with Fritz Richmond’s Barbecue Orchestra and special guests including David Grisman and the secret jug band queen! The concert will be at 8pm, tickets $28 in advance, $30 door sales, $25 for members of the California Jug Band Association. For more information, please visit the sites below.
